Great product, delivery was slow

Incredibly disappointed with Superpool. It took 3 months for my order to arrive and when it finally did, it was the wrong brand of chalk. They sent Triangle chalk instead of Master. I have been playing pool many years and there is a difference between the two. I donated the box to my local British Legion club.

We are thoroughly enjoying our pool table, it is very smooth, very elegant, we are looking forward to Christmas with it.

The team have been brilliant, they've been in constant contact to arrange delivery and the guys who came to install it made sure we were aware of how to look after the table and I did answer all the questions that we had I would highly recommend Superpool UK

We are so happy with our table. It looks so much better than in the pictures. The installation team were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I love the pool table and the service.

Outstanding Service and a Superb Pool Table: I couldn’t be happier with my new “Cry Wolf Slate Bed” 7 foot pool table and the whole experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and proactive in keeping me updated throughout the process. Delivery was smooth with everything set up perfectly. The table’s quality is outstanding, and I’m delighted with how the fast cloth plays in combination with the upgraded balls and high-quality cues, all of which greatly enhance the playing experience. Communication, service, and product quality have all been first-class—I would highly recommend without hesitation.

Thanks, we are very pleased with the pool table and the service.

Let the fun begin in the beautiful weather with our outside pool table.

I’m super happy with the pool table and the overall service!

Great table, and great service, thank you for making everything very easy from start to finish.

From ordering to delivery customer service and communication was excellent. The 2 guys who delivered and set up the pool table where very organised and very helpful. The pool table looks great in my games room, so glad I chose Superpool UK would highly recommend.

The whole process was easy, such a friendly company to purchase from, I was kept informed all throughout, from purchase though to delivery, and after sales has all been brilliant. The pool table is amazing, very well built, my son almost cried when he saw it. So happy I chose the right company to purchase from, well done guys 👍

First class service from start to finish. initial phone call to discuss options through to customer service liaison throughout the production period was all top notch. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service & Quality Pool Table. From start to finish, my experience with Superpool UK was flawless. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me fully informed from order to delivery. When the table arrived, the installation team were fantastic. They didn’t just set it up — they took the time to recommend the perfect positioning in the room and gave me great tips on how to look after it. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The table itself is stunning — top-quality build, smooth playing surface, and a stylish design that looks fantastic in the room. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a premium pool table and a company that genuinely cares about their customers.

Great table. The installation team got the able levelled no problem, we were a little worried this would not be possible with it being on on slabs and soft ground, but the set up team got it sorted no problem.

We were looking at purchasing an outdoor table and came across Superpool UK, so we had a chat first and they were wonderful, talking us through everything which made our decision easy. The table arrived and was set up by 2 friendly and experienced staff, answered any questions we had. We are over the moon with the table, since it arrived we haven’t been off it. It is the finishing touch we wanted for our garden. Would highly recommend using Superpool UK

A Game-Changer for Outdoor Fun – Cry Wolf Pool Table Delivers! We couldn't be happier with our Cry Wolf Outdoor Pool Table! From the moment it arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just a novelty piece — it’s a high-quality, full-function pool table designed to handle the elements and still deliver a premium playing experience. The build is rock-solid. The weatherproof materials really do their job. The slate bed gives a true roll, and the cushions have just the right amount of bounce. The installation wasn’t straightforward, but despite the challenges, they got everything set up perfectly and took great care throughout the process. We’re so impressed with the quality of the table and the level of service we received. It was a big investment for us, but worth every penny. Highly recommended!
