Great product, delivery was slow
Incredibly disappointed with Superpool. It took 3 months for my order to arrive and when it finally did, it was the wrong brand of chalk. They sent Triangle chalk instead of Master. I have been playing pool many years and there is a difference between the two. I donated the box to my local British Legion club.
We are thoroughly enjoying our pool table, it is very smooth, very elegant, we are looking forward to Christmas with it.
The team have been brilliant, they've been in constant contact to arrange delivery and the guys who came to install it made sure we were aware of how to look after the table and I did answer all the questions that we had I would highly recommend Superpool UK

Great table. The installation team got the able levelled no problem, we were a little worried this would not be possible with it being on on slabs and soft ground, but the set up team got it sorted no problem.
We were looking at purchasing an outdoor table and came across Superpool UK, so we had a chat first and they were wonderful, talking us through everything which made our decision easy. The table arrived and was set up by 2 friendly and experienced staff, answered any questions we had. We are over the moon with the table, since it arrived we haven’t been off it.
