Superpool Ltd Refunds and Returns Policy

Superpool Ltd will supply goods in full working order according to the description of the goods advertised. Where we cant satisfy those requirements we will look at repairing or refunding those goods.

General Rules

  • All goods and Tables should be inspected on delivery and any defects reported at your earliest convenience (48 hours after delivery) to Superpool Ltd via phone, text, email.
  • We will require a description and photographs of the fault.
  • All goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging at the buyers cost. This will be refunded as well if the goods are deemed faulty when initially shipped
  • Reconditioned Goods. These are described in full and you should expect some blemishes and scratches on the goods. This is reflected in the sale pricing.

Cancelled Orders

  • A full refund is available on order before shipping.
  • Pool Tables and furniture (new and reconditioned) will be fully refunded on cancellation of orders right up to the week before delivery. At this point we will keep a portion of the monies based on bespoke elements of your product. E.g. the cloth cannot be reused so we will keep a minimum of £135.00 for the cost of the cloth and reworking.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable. Please be aware every item does have a shipping cost even if it states Free P&P. You will be informed of the amount before shipping.

Superpool will at all times work with you to ensure a satisfactory conclusion to your issue but we will not offer returns and refunds for buyer remorse. Please be sure your item in the case of furniture will fit the space envisaged etc.
