We deliver your pool table in sections directly to your ground floor and complete the full assembly and professional leveling on-site. While ground-floor delivery is standard, we can accommodate upper floors or basements for a small additional fee.

If your property features tight turns, narrow staircases, or attic/basement access, then flat pack model may be required. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a 12-month warranty on all slate bed pool tables, ensuring your investment is protected against manufacturing defects. Please note that for tables placed in commercial environments, the warranty period is 30 days from the date of installation. This warranty specifically covers structural and manufacturing faults and does not cover fair wear and tear, such as expected cloth thinning, surface scratches from regular use, or accidental damage. To maintain your warranty and keep your table in peak condition, we recommend following our provided care and maintenance guidelines.
