Speed cloth is the most popular choice for our customers. Its hard wearing and easy maintenance. Napped cloth is 100% wool and has a directional nap, smooth one way rough the other, which creates friction and grip for the cue ball in positional play. Speed cloth is flat and has no friction to slow the cue ball down, so softer shots are required. Napped cloth MUST be brushed before an evenings play or the cloth will deteriorate quite quickly.
